If the diet excludes carbohydrates you will encourage the body to cleanse itself of accumulated fat. This diet does not provide specific meals, nor is there a need to measure the food we eat. Most importantly of all – you will not feel hungry!
The so-called “American diet” is based on the complete exclusion of carbohydrates from the diet, which will help the body to clean out the fat. You should note as fewer carbohydrates enter, the faster the body will be released from fat! For this diet there is no need to prepare special meals, nor to measure the food you eat.
The diet starts Monday. For the first six days you will lose about 5 kilograms each subsequent day will be lighter per kilogram. Every morning you will have 1 kilogram less and for 24 days you can lose up to 20 kilograms!?
It is important to note that if during the diet eat even bite of bread or any other detail that contain carbohydrates will seamlessly stop the melting of fat and you break your diet. It will not achieve the desired results and will have to start from scratch.
The diet you can stick as you want, or until you reach the desired weight. Of course, before you start it is best to consult your doctor. To avoid the prospect of a lack of certain vitamins and minerals in recommended organism in the diet to be taken vitamins C and E as well as calcium, magnesium and zinc.
FOOD YOU MAY EAT:
All types of meat: lamb, chicken, veal, beef, etc. prepared all ways except fried. You can eat boiled, roasted meat, grilled, dried meats, sausages, cold cuts, hot dogs apart.
ALL TYPES OF FISH: fish, freshwater fish and all kinds of canned fish.
ALL KINDS OF SALADS: fresh green salad, egg salad, fresh or roasted peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh or pickled cabbage, beets, salad, seafood, onion, radish, spinach salad … refine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
ALL KIND OF VEGETABLES: Swiss chard, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, leeks, cabbage, asparagus, artichoke, tomatoes, carrots, celery, turnips, etc.
DRINKS: Mineral water, tonic, water, black coffee and all sorts’ teas without sugar. After the sixth day you can drink lemonade and certainly no sugar.
– Bread, potatoes, flour, rice, lentils, beans, peas, and bread crumbs, maligned meat, noodles, peanuts, hazelnuts, frankfurters.
– Milk, butter, sour cream or yogurt, kefir, milk and fruit yogurts and puddings, butter, whipped cream, no cookies, sweets, cakes, sugar, chocolate, savory snacks, ice cream. No cheese.
In some variations of this diet it is allowed entry of dairy products (less carbohydrates in the composition), in small quantities, e.g. little cheese or cheese or half a liter of yogurt daily. If you enter nuts, limit the quantity of a handful a day.
From Monday to Saturday and fully discharged carbohydrates, and on Sundays you can eat carbohydrates for breakfast and lunch. Then on Monday start again from the beginning. So, 6 days you track the list, and the last (seventh) day you may enter carbohydrates like pasta, potatoes, rice, etc. except sweets. If you eat so well, take some honey or wholegrain crackers. The next day you return to the diet without carbohydrates.
This type of diet melts fat and preserves muscle. The diet is simple and promises great results. The minimum weight is a loss of 10 kg per month. As with any diet, it is best to consult your doctor before you start.
