  • Grind finely 300 grams of garlic and 1 kilogram of lemon with rind.

Boil 1.5 liters of water, then reduce the heat and add the minced garlic and lemon. Cover the container in which the ingredients are cooked. Boil the mixture on low heat 14 – 15 minutes, not a minute longer. After the mixture is cooled is put in a glass container.

The drug is consumed every morning – 0.5 dl, 25 days. When you spend a medicine take a break for 10 days, and then repeat the process.

Please note:

Strictly adhere to a daily dose of the drug and a break of 10 days. After healing should not take the drug, but only if there is a deterioration of health.

Tibetan tea for long life:

This Tibetan tea is used as protection from stress and prolongs life expectancy.

– 2 liters of water is necessary to boil for 5 minutes, and then cooled. When cool, add 5 grams of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 pinch of chili pepper and 1 pinch of anise.

It is best to drink throughout the day, in sips.
