Drink daily 2 – 3 cups, using locally as lotions, skin softening, elasticity, smoothing wrinkles, as well as cuts, bruises and burns.
- Caucasian beverage for a long life
Pour 25 grams of the fennel root with one liter of boiling water, cook for 2 minutes and allow standing for 10 minutes. Drink 3 cups a day.
