Ingredients and preparation
- 100 grams of almonds,
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
Dissolve the honey on a steam and first add cinnamon.
Stir the mixture, add the almonds and mix well again.
After mixing pour the almonds in a baking pan in which you previously laid baking paper.
Insert in the already preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius and bake for no more than 15 minutes, or until almonds become golden brown.
You can shake once during baking.
After baking leave them to cool.
Pour in a jar and nibble!
