Warm water stimulates digestion, cleanses the skin, stimulates the discharge of water from the body and is therefore perfect for melting cellulite and slimming.
We discover three recipes with hot water and some other ingredient of which one you need to drink in the morning, the other whenever you want during the day and the third half in the morning on an empty stomach half at the evening after eating.
Potion No. 1 in the morning, helps with weight losing and stimulates metabolism
- cup of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of squeezed lemon
- tablespoon honey

- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Extra tips: Water shall be as warmer cooled just enough that you can drink normally. If you do not like any of these ingredients you can drink and a hot boiled water.
