1 Chicken Thigh

2 Tomatoes

1 Eggplant

1 Mozzarella

Olive Oil





1. Cut eggplant in half.  Cut tomatoes into cubes-only meat tomato (squeeze of juice) and a little olive oil with basil. Thigh cut into cubes and fry.

2. Over the eggplant from the interior side which before is slightly cut in middle first place chopped thigh and add the chopped tomatoes over the meat. At that put sliced mozzarella (hard) on leaves. All this is put in the oven for 10 minutes to brown. Serve one person one half of eggplant.
