– 1 glass container of three liters
– 2 liters of water
– 1 teaspoon grated ginger
– 1 cucumber (medium)
– 1 lemon (medium)
– 12 fresh mint leaves
- Wash and chop the cucumber in thin slices, and do the same with the lemon.
- Peel fresh ginger and grate it together with the other ingredients in the bowl.
- Pour water over the ingredients, stir and place in the fridge to stay overnight.
- Take a glass of water, every morning, preferably before breakfast and every time you feel thirsty.
