You are tired – eat fruits
In case of lack of vitamin C, appetite and concentration decreases and you feel tired. It is quite understandable because this oxidant helps us to move in, strengthens the immune system and promotes assimilation of iron. Therefore, for morning breakfast we should be eating fruits. But if you under that mean it the apple or banana you will not solve the problem, because it will not enter a sufficient amount of vitamin C.
Already from tomorrow introduce in your menu a fruits that is a real mine of vitamin C, kiwi, south and exotic fruits.
