  • 10 tablespoons of linseed
  • 5 tablespoons of ground sesame seeds
  • A little pumpkin seed
  • Little grains of wheat
  • Little sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of raisins
  • 1 kg of meadow honey


In a large bowl mix all ingredients, using a wooden spoon.

When you mix well, pour the whole mixture into a glass jar.

Take one tablespoon of this medicine before breakfast and one before lunch.
