  • 125 gr horseradish
  • 4 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 piece of ginger


Mix the horseradish and ginger in a blender. Squeeze lemon juice and add to the blender.

Add three tablespoons of honey and two cinnamon. Put the syrup in a jar.

How to use?

Take a tablespoon twice a day before meals or before doing cardio. You will not regret it, the results will be great!
