German health elixir for which you haven’t heard… (Recipe)
The main purpose of the elixir is treatment and prevention of clogged arteries (atherosclerosis), regulation of elevated blood fat, prevent fatigue, treatment of infections and colds, intensive strengthening of the immune system, liver cleansing … It is a drink composed of garlic, lemon, ginger and water.
– 4 large heads of garlic
– 4 complete lemons with peel
– A small ginger root (about 3-4cm) or two tablespoons
– 2 liters of clean water
Wash the lemon and cut it into pieces. Peel the garlic and together with lemon and ginger put in blender and mix good in a uniform mass. In thus blended mixture add in a metal pan, pour with 2 liters of water and bring everything together under stirring to the boiling point. Immediately before the boiling point off and let it all cool down. Strain through a medium dense strainer and fill in glass bottles.
The beverage is consumed every day by one glass of 2 dl for at least 2 hours before meals or on a completely empty stomach. (If you don’t mind, you can skip the straining and drinking dense complete mixture). The beverage keeps in the fridge.
The tour lasts 3 weeks with a daily intake of one glass and then you should break of one week and after, you can continue with consuming again in the same cycle. If the taste doesn’t suit to you, you can add honey. After 3 weeks of use you should feel a significant regeneration of the body from using this beverage. This beverage in addition to the already mentioned benefits is particularly useful in preventing calcification in the body that causes the stones in organs and vascular congestion.
