MONDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon…. Not Banana), 2 toast, a cup of tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt

Dinner: 2 tomatoes or 2 ounces of tomato puree, 2 boiled eggs, 1.2 kg of lettuce (small head) or cucumbers, two biscuits

TUESDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon…not banana), 2 toasts, a cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 1 sour milk, 2 toasts

Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 tomato, 1 toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon… not banana), 2 toasts, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 sour milk, 1 small head of lettuce

Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST: The same as the previous day

Lunch: 125 g cottage cheese (low-fat) 1 tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: 125 g of minced meat, 2 tomatoes or 2 ounces of tomato puree, 1 apple, 1 toast

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST: Same as previous

Lunch: 200 g of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes…), 1 egg, 1 tomato.

EAT NORMAL at the WEEKEND!

EXTRA TIPS:

Do not drink alcohol

Foods you can eat hot or cold, but it is important to take them in the correct order

After five days you should lose 2.5-5 kg.

After five days take a break of 2 days without diet and eat normally, but in moderation. Two days later repeat the diet and so 3 times for 5 days; a total of 15 days.

In these 15 days you can lose up to 15 kg.
