Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 unpeeled onion cut into four pieces
  • 500 g of beans
  • 1 small carrot cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup of peanuts
  • 1/2 cup sprouts 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek or fenugreek seed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cloves of chopped garlic
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of ground cloves
  • A pinch of turmeric.

Preparation:

Cook onion and water in a large saucepan over medium heat until it boils. Add beans, carrots, peanuts, sprouts or seeds of fenugreek, bay leaf, garlic, cinnamon, cloves and turmeric. When it boils, cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until the onion becomes quite soft. Remove the pieces of onion, peel and throw the shell. Lightly mash onion with a fork and return it to the pot. Remove and throw  bay leaves.

  1. Recipe with horseradish, garlic and beer

Igredients:

  • Horseradish root length of about 20 cm and a thickness of about 2 cm.
  • 9 cloves of garlic.
  • Fresh quality beer.
  • Glass jar or bottle of 1l.

Horseradish roots thoroughly washed, but not crumbly. Finely chop and place in a jar. Peel and wash garlic cloves. Chop and put in a jar. Pour the mixture fresh beer (a narrowing of the bottle), cover and leave in a dark place for 10 days. After strain.

Usage: take 1 teaspoon in the first 2 days 2-3 times a day, the next day – per 1 tablespoon, 3 times a day before meals.

This mixture can reduce high sugar within a month and keep it under control.

  1. Recipe for reducing high blood sugar level with oats
  • Pour 50 g grain oats with 0,5 l of boiled and cooled water.
  • Put the mixture on the fire (moderate temperature), let it boil and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, cover and let it stand for 1 hour

Take 3-4 times a day for half a glass before a meal.

The duration of the treatment is 2-3 weeks.

  1. Recipe for reducing high blood sugar level with egg

Whisk 1 egg. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon in it.

Stir the mixture thoroughly.

Usage: every morning on an empty stomach. Duration of treatment: at least 2 weeks.
