150g raisins


Take raisins darker color, not too soft nor too hard, and wash them. Boil 2 cups of water and add the raisins. Let it simmer for 20 minutes and then leave to stay overnight.

Drain water and warm up again. Drink a warm drink on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up. Eat breakfast 30 minutes later.
