Tongue is consists of a group of muscles that allow us to taste the food, softens, swallow, but also to speak.
It has a huge role in humans. Since tongue is rich in blood vessels and due to the saliva, its health is linked to the objectives of the body and is excellent for the diagnosis.Look at yourself in the mirror and stick out your tongue:
Bright red color of the tongue indicates deficiency of Vitamin B12
If natural pink tongue suddenly becomes bright red, this may indicate a lack of vitamin B12. This vitamin is necessary for red blood cells that provide oxygen to the organism, and its deficiency can cause neurological problems and dementia. It is therefore recommended to eat more foods rich in vitamin B such as meat, tuna, salmon and dairy products that will satisfy the daily intake.
The white color indicates a fungal infection
The white color of the tongue may indicate a fungal infection Candida, but also autoimmune disease vitiligo. It is a limited depigmentation which occurs most frequently on the hands, feet, face and tongue. Candida infection usually is the result of prolonged antibiotic therapy, but also occurs due to low immunity.
Yellow tongue is a sign of infection

The dark color indicates poor circulation
Purple tongue can be a sign of poor circulation and high blood cholesterol. Mostly the result of poor diet and lack of exercise, and as a result of poor circulation there is depression and lack of energy.
