The amounts specified in the recipe do not have to strictly follow (if you do not have all the necessary, you can omit some). More or less some of these foods will not hurt. – A quarter of a lemon (good for everything, clean, soothe, refresh, protects against viruses)

– 150 g pineapple (for digestion, full of vitamins, sweet health)

– Ginger root, thumb-sized, chopped (good for the whole body)
