Banana-TeaBananas are an important source of magnesium and potassium.

Making banana tea is very simple.

Ingredients:

  • 1 raw banana
  • 1 small pot of water
  • 1 cinnamon (optional)

Let the water boil in a small pot, then put peeled banana in water and allow the water to boil again. Pour the water through a sieve into a cup from which you will drink the tea. Drink the tea about an hour before bedtime. Cinnamon can be sprinkled for taste.
