YOGURT DIET: Lose at least four kilograms in three days!
Yogurt diet is formally and in detail described in the book by Ana Luque called “Yogurt Diet”. You can lose up to three pounds with this diet. The effect of this diet is based on the benefits of probiotic yogurt which promote the health of the intestinal flora. Food is digested faster thanks to it so toxins are expelled from the body.When food is thoroughly digested, the intestinal and overall health is improved. The intestinal flora is made up of different bacteria that live in the human digestive tract that have a role in protecting the body from infection. Such bacteria are from 400 to 500 species, and most of them positively affect the body, while others are potentially harmful, especially when intestinal flora is not balanced. Imbalances may occur due to stress, severe illness, and use of antibiotics and poor diet. It is recommended to drink up to 2 liters of yogurt every day.
When it is about the yoghurt diet, can be eaten fresh fruit, and meat, and should be avoided sweetened yogurts. According to the version of the book written by Ana Luque, should not be drunk only yogurt, but also foods of the prescribed list.
This is one example of the diet for three days:
The first day
For breakfast, eat fruit or plain low-fat yogurt with cereal. For lunch stew the vegetables in olive oil and mix it with rice. Besides salt and pepper, do not seasoned vegetables. For dessert, eat fruit yogurt. For dinner, before bedtime, eat a salad with ham or carrots. Mix at low fat yogurt.
The second day
For breakfast, eat a cucumber salad spiced with yogurt. For lunch, bake the turkey in olive oil, and as a side dish eat mushrooms, tomatoes and pepper, mixed with yogurt. For dinner, mix forest fruit with yogurt.
The third day
For breakfast, mix cheese with yogurt, apple, cinnamon and salt (to taste). For lunch, take hake fillet with a side dish of salad, yogurt and cucumber (you can add mustard to taste). For dinner, take hundred grams of pasta, add the chopped peppers and boiled egg and add yogurt.
Extra tip is that this diet does not practice for more than three days in order not to damage the body for additional fiber and vitamins. The diet can be repeated after a while, then come back to normal, balanced diet.
